Ariana Grande, a famous American singer, and songwriter, recently published her music video for her debut of her fifth studio album, “Thank U, Next” on November 30th. She recognizes her ex’s in the song such as Pete Davidson, Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez, and recently deceased Mac Miller.

Grande had sung “Thank U, Next” on stage at the Ellen DeGeneres show on November 12th. However, based on Lyor Cohen, Grande wanted to receive larger hits than she received and she succeeded. “Thank U Next” had gotten more than 54.4 million views in 24 hours. Grande had been posting short clips of the music video on social media which soon became viral.

Many celebrities were casted in this piece of hers, such as Colleen Ballinger, Troye Sivan, Kris Jenner, Jonathan Bennett, Stefanie Drummond, Scott Nicholson, Gabi DeMartino, Liz Gillies, Alexa Luria, Courtney Chipolone, Daniella Monet, Matt Bennett, Victoria Monet, Tayla Parx, Patience Aqaurt, Nekai Johnson, Luz Remigio, and Jennifer Coolidge.

Grande had recreated scenes from four romantic comedies including Mean Girls, Legally Blonde, Bring it On, and 13 Going On 30.

Claire Andriacchi (9) does not admire Ariana Grande, but said, “I love Ari’s new song and I thought it was great, I think she is trying to empower the female gender.”

Grande’s music video had inspired many people who do not typically look up to her.

Amari Scott (10) a fan of Grande said, “I admire Ariana Grande, I believe her song was absolutely amazing and her concept was encouraging. She was trying to show a good example for females all over the world to prove that each and every one of them has the ability to get over their ex’s though they should still be greatful for them being who they want to be.”

“Thank U, Next” was intended to serve as a message to move on from your exes, but Grande adds more spark into it by creating scenes from classy romantic comedies in which she expresses the message of her song.
