A 7.0 earthquake took the country by storm on Tuesday, January 13^th. Since then, numerous organizations have been providing direct relief to the nation, and West High is taking part in this movement through the Soles of Our Children Shoe Drive.
     The earthquake had a significant impact on everyone—leaving many homeless and stripped of even the most basic essentials. Through Soles of our Children, West High is collecting new and used shoes—all of which will be sent to Haiti to provide support and provisions to the victims.
      Donations will be accepted at the administration building lobby up until Friday, February 19^th. Drop off shoes and be a part of the movement to help Haiti get back on its feet.
