There is a new ice cream machine located in building five next to the Gatorade vending machine. It was recently installed on Friday, September 18 during lunch in front of many surprised students. The machine which has a picture of an M&M ice cream cone—a flavor that is not actually included in the vending machine’s selection—has delicious fruit, cookie, and vanilla servings.
The ice cream bars are approximately four inches long and are certainly worth their price of one dollar for the quantity and quality. Although some people may not yet know about the cool new feature on campus, some students who are aware express mixed emotions. A puzzled Duke Kim (11) commented, “It seems awkward to have ice cream sold at school but it’s also cool.” Shan Tank (11) says, “This is the best thing in the entire world!”
